Hi. I'm Jeanette. Creative director, experience strategist, principal consultant, human centered service designer, UX/UI design researcher, paid doodler, and occasional inventor.
In my 20+ years of experience in creative roles I’ve been called a lot of things. Yet, I believe creative people are really just problem solvers who are able to step into chaos and create order, a plan, and artifacts that deliver clarity and compelling experiences.
My journey has included leading creative teams in advertising and marketing design, physical and digital product innovation, and for the past 10 years, consulting with Fortune 500 companies on their user experience, design research, and strategy. I have expertise in human-centered design and design thinking methods and use these to inform intuitive, strategic, and delightful experiences as proof points to the client’s brand promise.
it is my joy in life to create technology-enabled experiences and innovations. So, whatever I am called by title, let me help you bring your vision to life.
