This hearing aid manufacturer needed to incentivize its representatives to sell Bernafon Maico hearing aids over all other competing brands. The CEO and marketing director devised a loyalty program that awarded its reps with first class luxury travel. Together, we created a highly successful, multi-year program taking the top 50 reps to Spain, England, Majorca, Sardinia, Italy, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, and France. The desirability of the trips not only drove sales but the frequency of traveling together deepened the relationships between the company and its representatives.
