When Vervint added human centered design consulting services many sales people and other staff didn’t know how to engage us, when to engage us, or how to speak with clients about the differentiated value this brings to their digital products and information technology services. I led a cohort of designers and researchers to create materials that define and explain what we do, how we do it, and how to identify a client that needs our services (hint: they all do!).
